Our services: We provide technical expertise, project management, implementation skills and consulting expertise to solve our client’s business and technical problems. Our clients: have included governments (federal, state and county), Community Health Centers, HMOs, hospitals, universities, military branches, national laboratories, large corporations, technical, scientific and engineering companies and many small and medium sized businesses and individuals. more >>

Our projects: all start by meticulously analyzing the project’s requirements, including the client’s capabilities. Next we make a detailed plan that is reviewed and green lighted by our client. We manage against this plan using detailed project management tools. In the past, we’ve taught project management to large corporations and national laboratories. At the end of most projects, we conduct a post mortem with the client so we can all learn from what the project can teach. The majority of our projects focus on implementing technical solutions to the organization’s problems. Our approach and abilities produce a very high success rate compared to the industry’s rather dismal 70% of tech projects that are either canceled, over budget, or reduced in scope. more >>
 

Small business: This site tells our story, using Microsoft’s new SharePoint Online. We also have several other SharePoint sites that are not public facing. These sites have internal document libraries, Access databases, Visio diagrams, Excel spreadsheets and other tools that are only for internal consumption through our intranet. SharePoint Online is part of Microsoft’s new Office 365 cloud-based services.

 

We’re a Microsoft certified Small Business Specialist which involves completing certification requirements to demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft server technologies and small susiness servers in particular. more >>
